From start-ups, entrepreneurs and medium-sized businesses to corporations - examples of unique ideation projects with the NEURONprocessor
* The NEURONprocessor expands our established perception through resonance-based perception, in the optimal state of our brain for idea development and creativity.

Martina: What are some other examples of projects for startups that you've done?
Thomas:

- Since we still consider ourselves a start-up, we have of course always been our own customer up to now. Here we have used the NEURONprocessor in the following areas:
- We did our business model canvas with our entire founding team to take another close look at whether we had overlooked any weaknesses or strengths - and to optimize or refine our strategy on the basis of the results.
- We have developed a concept for building the NEURONprocessor community. Here we developed a question catalog that contained all the queries for which we wanted to have the essential information at the end of the process.
- Then we developed a concept for the onboarding (instruction) of our NEURONprocessor users. We do not want to use any of the established solutions, but rather a solution tailored exactly to us, based on our existing resources and capabilities.
- And we developed a roadmap for the further development of our NEURONprocessor software to make sure that we do not run too much into our own - possibly even limited - ideas and views and align ourselves better with the real requirements of our users. This was a more effective alternative for us compared to classical user surveys, which are always very time intensive for all parties involved.
- We have also done projects for ourselves and other startups on pricing, online presence, marketing campaigns, trend research and future strategies.
- Since we still consider ourselves a start-up, we have of course always been our own customer up to now. Here we have used the NEURONprocessor in the following areas:
Martina: What about applications for self-employed & entrepreneurs?
Thomas:

- I would say that the projects have essentially taken place in the area that we have also used for ourselves:
- Business Model Canvas
- Problem solving
- Concept developments
- Corporate and marketing strategies
- Trend, market and future research
- Roadmaps for product, software and business development

Martina: What can small companies to medium-sized businesses do with NEURONprocessor?

- A good example for the medium-sized sector was a still owner-managed large pharmaceutical company that commissioned us with a future and trend research in order to get their future orientation in maximum harmony with the so-called "Sustainable Goals". And this included the resulting idea development for new product and business areas based on the existing resources of the company.
Martina: What about at the corporate level?
Thomas:

- Here, interestingly enough, we have done many projects for insurance and financial groups.
- For example, the development of a so-called service desk, which was to include over 5000 employees, many external brokers and customers. With so many existing internal systems within such a corporation, this has been a very interesting challenge. The core of the solution, was even more interesting, as we developed the idea to be based on the processing of the human brain.
- Then we implemented a project to completely redesign recruiting in the insurance sector.
- Or how to store insurance policies in wallets on a smartphone.
