
Small 1×1 of crisis management for startups
In many startups, people have reacted within a narrow or their own framework - but have not yet gone beyond that to crisis management in a global context.
If not already done, the own products should be extended or adapted by the previous experiences - in the sense of impact of the crisis and being affected by it oneself.The background for this is that a similar phase as now, can repeat itself in the further course of the crisis. In addition, further crises or crisis-like circumstances can of course occur at any time in the future.
