The Company and the Affiliate are each referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties” agree to the following:
NATURE OF AGREEMENT
The Affiliate wishes to join the affiliate program of the Company called the Affiliate Program (“Program”) under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
CONSIDERATION & PAYMENT
Once the Affiliate application is approved, the Affiliate will be notified through email and will be given a personal code to use in the performance of this Agreement.
A link of the products will be provided by the Company to the Affiliate to be promoted by the Affiliate and for every successful sales, the Affiliate will receive different provisions of the net value with schedule of fees as defined in the NEURONprocessing Shop – depending on categories and individual products.
Compensation will be made through paypal or bank account as indicated by the Affiliate during the application for the Program.
COVENANTS, REPRESENTATIONS, & WARRANTIES
The Company does not give any warranties of any kind in connection with the Program and the Affiliate understands and accepts that the participation of the Program is solely the responsibility of the Affiliate.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement does not constitute an employment relationship and the Affiliate may enter into a different affiliate program of the same nature.
This Agreement will commence upon the execution of this Agreement and will be terminated by either party for any reason.
The Affiliate acknowledges that all the information and data provided under this program are intellectual property owned by the Company and will not be used for any other purpose than the execution of the Program.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms will be under the laws of and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the City of Hamburg, Germany.
